AI Doesn’t Break Your Team. It Reveals It.™
Why Your Team, Not Your Tech Stack, Decides Whether AI Pays Off

Most AI investments stall for a reason nobody puts in the requirements sheet. The technology works. The team cannot absorb it. AI adoption does not create misalignment. It exposes the misalignment that was already there.

- Why capable teams still fail to adopt tools that clearly work
- The human failure points that quietly sink AI initiatives
- How to build the readiness that makes AI investment convert
- A change approach that treats people as the system to design for, not the obstacle to route around

Audience leaves with: a way to tell whether their team is AI-ready before they spend another dollar on tools.

Talent Doesn’t Automatically Become Teamwork™
The Alignment Advantage for Teams That Refuse to Drift

High-performing teams rarely fail for lack of talent. They fail because talented people are quietly pulling in different directions. Alignment is not a mood. It is built.

- Why most teams are performing alignment instead of practicing it
- How to surface misalignment early, before it costs a quarter
- Building accountability without turning up the friction
- Turning offsite insight into 30, 60, and 90-day execution that holds

Audience leaves with: practical tools to move a team from busy to aligned, and keep it there after the offsite ends.

What Are Your Blind Spots Costing You?™
The Feedback Every Leader Loses on the Way Up

The higher you rise, the less accurate your feedback gets. People filter what they tell you. That filtered signal is where good decisions quietly go wrong.

- Why leaders lose honest signal as their title grows
- How hidden assumptions create silent drag on performance
- A practical way to see your own blind spots on purpose
- Turning candor into an advantage instead of a threat

Audience leaves with: a method they can use immediately to get honest signal back.

About Moneesa Credle

Moneesa Credle is the founder and CEO of Intrepida Consulting, where she helps leadership teams turn talent into teamwork.

Her career began inside Fortune 500 operations. Across 17 years at companies including General Dynamics and BAE Systems, she worked in procurement, government contract compliance, and procurement training. It is something she learned early, and it drives the work she does today: technical competence alone does not produce a great team.

Today she helps executive teams close the gap between a smart strategy and a team that can run it. She has presented to more than 250 senior leaders at a Fortune 100 company. Her current work, Human-Centered AI Readiness, makes one argument plainly: AI adoption exposes the misalignment that was always there, and the tools only pay off when the team behind them is genuinely ready.

She is known for clarity, insight, and humor. Her work leaves teams with systems they keep using long after the session ends.
